Brief Biography

Charles Casuscelli joined the Roads and Traffic Authority in October 1997 with a dual role, as the Transport Management Centre's Project Director he was responsible for the building and commissioning of the new facility. As its inaugural General Manager he is responsible for the delivery of a range of road transport operations services across NSW. Formerly he was the Director of Business Re-engineering and before that the National Field Operations Manager for ACNielsen Australia, a leading market research company. Between 1988 and 1992 Charles held various military appointments as a staff officer in Headquarters Australian Defence Force and Land Command. This involved the planning and implementation of command, control and communications systems within the Defence Force. Prior to this he was a Project Manager with TELSTRA developing computer systems to enable real time management of telecommunications services.
