Brief Biography

Ian Greenwood is Business Development Manager for and also for National Response's parent organisation, RACV Automotive Services. He managed the establishment of the CityLink Surveillance and Incident Response service and has previously managed the RACV patrol and contractor network and RACV's Roadside Assistance Centre. Ian holds a Masters Degree in Traffic and Transport Engineering.
