Brief Biography

Grant Pitman is currently a Superintendent of Police and Manager of the State Traffic Support Branch of the Queensland Police Service. Grant has been a senior policy advisor to a Commissioner and Minister of Police and has recently completed seven years as an operational police manager. Whilst employed by the Queensland Police Service, Grant has completed several academic qualifications, including a PhD. In addition, Grant is a published author on topics that include management, education, crime prevention and leadership.
