Brief Biography

Andrew Smith is an engineer who works for Tyco Integrated Systems, Australia. He is currently engaged in designing ITS systems and is also in the team designing a new controller for the SCATS 2 system being developed by the RTA of New South Wales. Previous experience includes work with Plessey Radar in England where he was concerned with software design for track-while-scan RADARs and work with Tellumat South Africa where he was a member of several teams developing microwave surveying instruments.
